Dieting is hard. I now think of food 24/7.

About four days into my dieting, I gave myself a pat on the back… or should I say, tummy. “I’m impressed you don’t grumble as much as I expect,” I told myself. Then lo, the next day, I was hungry all. the. time.

I’m not even starving myself. I just eat what’s appropriate based on the Century Tuna Superbods Challenge (no, I’m not joining): 1/2 vegetables, 1/4 protein, and 1/4 grains. And yet, and yet…
