Writing My Life Challenge, Day 13: A memorable stranger

It was our senior year and we were on our last ever high school field trip. It fell on my birthday, which made it even more special and memorable.

Since it was a school-sanctioned trip, and therefore a supposedly educational one, we found ourselves in the prestigious academic institution of higher learning that is Enchanted Kingdom, so we “could write about physics” as the teachers put it. Upon arriving, my friends and I approached a bevy of dinosaur mascots and asked for a photo with them. I stood in front of a green brontosaurus and within seconds felt a hard thing sliding up and down my behind. I looked around to see the dino’s hands up in the air, so clearly, something else was being playful.

Not many people can say they were sexually harassed by a dinosaur on their birthday.

No need for a police lineup—it's that one.

PS
I could have written about this on Day Eight.
